-2 cups shredded muenster cheese

- 1/4 cup white wine

- 1/2 cup diced Spanish chorizo

- 1 golden delicious apple, sliced

- 20 crostini

- 4, 4oz baking ramikens


Have your hand at a variation on our crostini dish from “The First Cut Is The Deepest” as prepared by Chef Jason Marcus at Traif NY!



1. Heat wine in sauce potjust  until boiling

2. Add to shredded cheese and mix well

3. Saute chorizo in 1 tbs vegetable oil until lightly browned

4. Divide chorizo among each ramekin

5. Divide cheese among each ramekin

6. Bake in broiler until cheese is browned and melted throughout

7. Carefully place on dish along with apple slices and crostini
