"Uncle" Sal Strapone

"Uncle" Sal Strapone is the kind of guy you want to play a round of golf and drink a beer with, not the kind of guy you want running your TV network.  Even if that network is just a start-up called the Condiment Channel that specializes in off-brand culinary shows about mustard.  "Uncle" Sal may look the part of a high-level CEO, but acts the part of your demented grandpa who got lost wandering too far from the house.  Fortunately for Chef Jason, "Uncle" Sal has boat loads of money and was the only TV executive willing to give Jason’s 2 am cooking show, “Food For Thought,” a chance.  Who knows, maybe Uncle Sal isn’t so crazy after all…
